Metallica S&M2 Deluxe Boxset lp. Deze luxe boxset bevat onderandere 2LP’s op zwart vinyl en 2LP’s op splattered vinyl, 2 cd’s, een blu-ray, posters, bladmuziek, 5 plectrums en een exclusief boek van 28 pagina's met foto's van Anton Corbijn.

Op 6 en 7 september 2019 gaf Metallica 2 achtereenvolgende avonden een concert ter ere van de opening van het Chase Center in San Francisco. Tijdens de ruim twee-en-een-half uur durende show, speelde de band 20 nummers. Daarnaast selecteerde Michael Tilson Thomas , de Musical Director van de San Francisco Symphony, 2 unieke klassieke nummers. Het concert werd opgenomen in zowel beeld als geluid en ging in oktober 2019 in Amerika de bioscopen in. S&M 2 is recentelijk ook opnieuw bewerkt door de band, waarbij de audio geremixt en geremasterd werd.
